I鈥檝e made a successful career of helping individuals identify and optimise their Leadership uniqueness so that they a can influence and create impactful changes. I believe that lasting change requires shifting mindsets and reframing limiting narratives at both the individual and systemic levels.

My work aims to help clients reclaim their authentic selves and develop the self-awareness, and strategies to thrive, rather than merely fit in, within complex organizational dynamics. I partner with clients to challenge unspoken norms and beliefs that may be hindering their advancement.

While providing practical tools, I emphasize the importance of being able to build across boundaries and doing that with love, and joy in the process. My role is to affirm the beauty, power, and brilliance already present in each person. I aim to build self-sufficiency by moving clients away from notions of fighting the system and towards bringing their gifts fully into their careers and organizations.
